The Township High School District 214 ranked in the top school districts in the nation by the Federal DOE, NSBA and the state of Illinois hosted this one-day event on Monday, May 21, 2012.District 214 logo

The purpose of the 2012 Mobile Computing Showcase is to demonstrate how students and use mobile tablet technology in the classroom. With two years of experience implementing mobile device pilots, District 214 teachers and students will share their experience, expertise and instructional uses with interested D214 staff and the education community anywhere who can benefit before their own adoptions.

 

D214 admnistrators, teachers and students were showcased significantly in the videos accompanying this year’s Horizon Report – K-12 Edition. These videos were sponsored by CoSN and created by JDL Horizons. This video is focused on mobile computing platforms.
